We hired 411 Locals to help genrate leads for our company. At first it seemd to doing okay, unfortunately that quickly changed. apparently they just set up accounts to get your money and then they stop optimizng the accounts. They Clonned our web site and Google business Listing with tracking numbers and domains so they could track results. After fighting with htem for 8 months to cancel I finally canceled my credit card to stop them from continuing to take our money. Now our issue is they refuse to take down the web site domain and business listing they created, thus causing our PPC and search results to be skewed, they are gathering leads from our marketing efforts and interferring with the mormal coarse of business. Our customers are having trouble connecting with because of the tracking numbers they have dont work and the website they built is still active confusing and misleading our potential clients. We have reached out and requested that the web site be taken down for almost 1 year now. This company seems to have a long history of doing this to clients. I should checked them out on line before doing business with them, unfortunately I did not do my due diligence prior to working with them. I would seriously caution anyone considering doing business with company. The results we had with them were less than stellar. The leads they generated were not relevant to our business and when you call them they tell its your fault that they are not generating results as promised.
