Limitless Profits LLC. and Richard Reed entered into a Agreement dated April 19/2022, to engaged in providing Facebook Marketplace Dropshipping account management services. The Agreement establishes with "the authority and discretion in the management and control of the day to day operations of the business. The Agreement states that "Return on Investment Guarantee: Manager agrees to provide a return-on-investment providing that if Client does not receive a return on their investment that meets or exceeds the original investment guarantee...” One business day September 8, 2022 Limitless Profits advised client Richard Reed ib writing "if you want to request a refund per the contract you will need to wait until month 8-10 to request it and wait out the remainder of the contract. But i am very confident we can get you some good results in the next 30-90 days!" Richard Reed requested a full refund due to lack of sales. On October 14, 2022 Limitless Profits LLC advised Richard Reed in writing the following: "Yeah so via the contract signed you arent allowed to request money back until month 8 (January 1st) you are required to provide a 60 day notice. So you have 2 choices. You can either corporate with me and allow me to get the account fixed so we can finally get things going or you can wait until month & and give a 60 day notice for a money back. The choice is yours" My Client Richard Reed again requested in 60 days in writing a refund per Limitless Profits LLC instructions. Limitless Profits LLC confirmed the completion of the refund date January 1, 2023. Yet refund payment has not been made. This payment is long past due. INSERTED YOUR EFFORTS TO COLLECT My client has made numerous efforts, all unsuccessful, to resolve this matter without legal conflict. If there is no payment made in the full amount owed within 10 business days from delivery of this demand letter, or a written response committing payment shortly thereafter, all legal rights shall be explored including, but not limited to, legal proceedings necessary in accordance with State and Federal laws. This notice of demand serves as an official notice to you and may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to cooperate. If legal action is to occur to resolve this matter, it may involve having you pay attorney’s fees for Near West Ventures. We hope you will see the wisdom to resolve this matter immediately.
