HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I've been trying since September to get an AC replaced, and they dragged it out to December, then ordered all the wrong equipment ($3100). I returned the equipment and asked for a refund on the equipment and my membership ($3200) because of the nightmare this has been.
They NEVER do anything. I call and call and call. I send email after email. I'm left on hold forever and no supervisor will contact me. I tried disputing it with my credit card company and they have done nothing after weeks and weeks. This has been such a horrible nightmare. If anyone has any advice to help me get my money back, I would appreciate it!
