1932 1st Ave #505 Seattle , WA 98101 800.551.7570 ext 760,550,930 [email protected] [email protected] Be careful the loan documents look legitimate! No one is answering there phone our emails 11.8.2023 or 11.9.2023.  I started this loan process on 10.18.2023 with Steven Nelson.  I was told it would only take a half hour after I made my collateral payment of $570.00 on 10.27.2023 to have my $5000.00 loan.  Then I am told by Laura Carter that you needed $570.00 more so that was also paid on 10.31.2023.  Then Laura told me you needed $1000 more.  I said I could not pay any more and asked to be transferred to her supervisor.  Steven Nelson then contacted me and said there would be no problem and I would have my money 11.9.2023. I DON’T HAVE MY MONEY!!!!!  I can’t pay my rent, phone, internet, insurance, food...or gas. I have $0.26 to my name because of this company.   I want payment by 6pm CST or I am going to file with the MN Commissioner and anything I have to do to prove you are fraudulent. Where is my loan that you stated would be deposited today 11.9.2023. I have  filed a complaint with the MN and WA commissioner of commerce and BBB.  I also informed the City of Seattle's Chamber of Commerce and the Mayor's office.  You told me when I paid the first amount on 10/27 I would have my money in a half hour then you asked for more money.  then you need a week. This appears to be  a scam and will be reported if my money is not in my bank account by 5pm CST. This appears to be a fraud company.

You are wrecking  my credit by placing me further behind on bills.

There is no such company. All of the people you spoke to are criminals. You just sent your money to some criminals in a foreign country. You won't see it again. Collateral on a loan means something that you are borrowing against. For example, a car that the loan is financing. It makes absolutely no sense to have "collateral" in the form of cash. That would be mathematically equivalent to just issuing a smaller loan. Also, nobody in the right mind would make an unsecured loan to someone with a 570 credit score. That would be basically the same as just gifting you the money, because your credit score implies that the odds of you defaulting are basically 100%. And apart from that, if you are broke, the last thing you need is a loan.

I ws told since me credit was low, I needed a co-signed or to pay initially $570 as collaterol was equal to my 1st  3 monthly payments on the loan.  So then I would not be paying on the loan for until after the 3 months.  Of course, after UW reviewed it then wanted another 3 months worth.  Covering 6 months of monthly payents up front.

There is no such thing as a collateral payment! This is nothing more than an advance fee loan scam which just about everybody has heard of. WHY HAVEN'T YOU??? You went along with it and even sent more money. Absolutely, positively incredible. It just never ceases to amaze me...

First off, your $3000 is gone.  You will never see it or any other money, period.  NEVER pay anything to get a loan.  This is one of the oldest scams out there.  If any loan requires you to pay ANY fees to get it, is a SCAM, plain and simple.
