I used the app from https://www.lance.app/. I've been using their app for a few months now. On August 9, I Received a message that my account was frozen and they Asking for documents. (screenshot1) After providing all requested documents on August 11, they replied that my account will be closed (screenshot2) Customer service refuses to refund the money to the original method of payment (paypal) Screenshots of my deposit (paypal1, paypal2).
Please help me Get my money back to the original method of payment. Amount Claim ($6,081.11) Please put this organization on the list of Unscrupulous and add a fraud flag. Since customer service does not responds to my email and refuses to address the situation.
Also, when asked for the official business address and business name of the organization support chat refuses to provide it.
