Lake County Housing Authority LCHA Tema, LCHA sucks Grayslake Illinois
This isn't a very professionally run organization. Tema Navarro runs the port in department. She is not very communicative and is very vague with procedures of how porting works. It is possible she is overwhelmed with her job. There is no excuse though on her part. She probably is more helpful to people that are black and Spanish. That's usually how it works here in Illinois. They need to hire new and different people fir these jobs.
