I found these guys on Fiverr and paid them to reproduce a plastic gear using their 3D printing machine. I ordered and paid for service Novemeber, 2019. I even paid extra for "extra smoothing and details". I sent the gear to Canada and waited..and waited, and waited. I emailed, messaged through fiverr reatedly for an update.
When I finally heard back I was told they needed more time because he was in the hospital... fine. I agreed to extended the timeline with fiverr. I waited some more... after a few more weeks of waiting I started emailing asking for an update again. No response at first..but after a week or so, he tells me the elctricity went out and he couldnt contact me back.. but the gear is there and should be done in a few days.
A MONTH later still nothing... no communication, no gear, nothing. This guy is still accepting jobs on fiverr and responding to feedback he is getting on there..yet he has no time o contact a paying customer. I still am out my gear..which I only had one of..and the shipping to get it there.
Fiverr did issue me a "credit" back for the money I paid this guy..which I am now trapped to using only on Fiverr.. avaoid this company, unless you want your parts taken and get ignored. Please see the screenshots included and see my frustration for yourself....

I'm new to the 3D Printing scene and I searched a bit before buying 3D printing filament from these guys, I was a bit affraid by the comment left by Shannon, but figured that if I paid with paypal, they'd have my back. I'm in the military so seeing on their webpage that the owner is a veteran told me I should give them a try..
So made my purchase with Laflamme's and I have to say I've been quite impressed! Maybe I was expecting a bad experience and getting a good one had a surprising effect.. I ordered on their website and paid on Wednesday by about noon, I was quite surprised to receive it to my place on the Friday morning! They even left an unannonced gift with my order (my guess it's worth 1$, but still liked the gesture)!
I tought there was a problem with the filament I ordered as it was flowing from the nozzle too much, contacted them by email and they called me right away! Finally it was my error, I didn't knew quality filament don't need to run as hot as standard one and once I applied their tricks the results were flawless!
So all in all, I felt I had to come and give my 2 cents here as I had very good and personalised service and I hate it when people whine about a company without doing some introspection. I re-read shannon's complaint and saw the other side of the story on Google maps, turned out the guy sent some gears to be reproduced from USA to Canada without asking for a quote (mandatory on the Fiverr's add) for the service and if the company was able to fill the need..
I told the company about the bad report I saw here and the guy told me he'd take it to the lady who manage the business.. Always two sides to a story..
