Person of interest: [email protected] her card was left at the front desk likely to give the appearance that things are on the level with Sean and the KI. She is complicit as they allow these crimes to go on for years.
It is likely that Sean has stolen the identity and credentials that he lacks from another person at U QLD.
Agent Scott should be acting on that now.
Sean overall is not intelligent enough to know how to clean a toilet, a floor, or to replace an outlet etc. This person is too ignorant to attain a K-12 education, let alone being able to attain and earn a PhD.
Chad and other guests gaslight and trip on the vanity of even things like web searches made in order to verify this, they know and hope to close and breach their weak points using others such as Renee, Phillip Dunn, Chad, etc.
They talk to much and none of it is candid. This is a drama.
This is done on their "Authority" as they invent and their cult of personality on it all. Chad, Sean, Mr. Dunn, et all are perfect exemplars of this drama and fraud. Con-men.
Joshua likely is guilty of things also and as he departs his employ and residence there to work in a hospital in QLD, oh boy!, he starts to damage, vandalize, and destroy things as he leaves.
Tampering with foods, medicines, and other items in rooms is likely to be a guaranteed fact with these people in control.
They seem to think they can act with impunity and that their Police friends can protect them in their crimes.
Julie, Sean's mother, claims and cites that Sean has friends in law enforcement in OZ. So what?
A business card left at front desk for [email protected] Australian Federal Police does not bode well since the time to act was in mid-2018. This place is falling apart and these people are the worst form of criminals.
This was done as Sean and Chad (The computer Xpert) attempted to resolve Sean's biz computer's virus problem.
Neither of them know how to do that. I do.
Chad in general in the past is akin to Renee who is Sean's live in fix it guy, always hitting people in the back or shoulder from behind, making vague slurs and accusations, indicating he is some kind of "Security Authority" etc. He wanders around the place scratching his crotch and asking people for money. Great!
These people are ARROGANT !! They are also criminally insane.
Sean is verbally abusive, seems one moment to be pleasant and then turns from Dr. Jekyll into Mr. Hyde, he abuses vendors and others on the phone, is abusive to other guests for no good reason and so it goes. Guilt.
He responds to online reviews on other booking sites and when users want to remain anonymous using shortened names or psuedonyms, he responds with their full name and adding even the name(s) of other guests. He does this as well in person with his want to have all people there share all their personal information with him and all other guests. Lunacy.
He is always digging into every guest's privacy with a want to know way too much about them, their plans, etc.
And in person as in the online reviews Sean claims to be fixing things at the Kookaburra Inn but he in fact never does and has no plan to do so.
People cite that the baths and shower and toilets are dingy and derelict etc and they are right.Sean lies and claims they will be fixed, no they won't.
Others have cited over and over again that the microwave oven in the lower kitchen needs to be replaced. What does Sean do? He acts out of malice and defiance and replaced the perfectly working and intact upper unit. Arrogant.
These people are essentially "Techno Pervert Power Miser Moron" with their want to remove all the lights in the common areas, install a few of these cheap solar powered LED lamps and then leave the walkways, stairs, and corridors and what are a bunch of uneven and wavering paving stone paths, pitch black at night. Wonderful! This is a death trap.
Showers and toilets are dated with the one toilet having a leaking waste water drain and trap leaking onto the floor in the toilet. It has a makeshift water bottle taped over the leaking pipe with mosquitoes breeding in the toilet room which also has broken and badly made privacy glass slats sticking out at you in the room. ugh.
Toilets are not cleaned and have dirt and crud on soap dispensers that have no soap in them, on the walls, and dirt on the doors, etc.
Doors have dated knobs and then use those cheap bolt action slider latches as you might use on some garage project such as a wood tool box etc. They are rusty and useless as well.
The plumbing is badly done with waste water pipes being done outside on the walls, no traps in many of the drains, and no vents outside so they siphon from each other.
Entrance holes into the building for pipes are just bashed into the wall and bugs can come in and out.
Water pipes being copper are also strung all over the outside of the structures, some are chopped off and instead of fixing things right, they just pinch off the tubes so they can collect debris and disease, etc.
All over the place there are abandoned pieces of steel and copper pipes jutting up and out of concrete walks so you can cut your ankles on them and there are nails popping up from doorway thresholds so you can get your bare foot sliced open that way also.
Showers are also plumbed in this same haphazard fashion with rusty mild steel brackets, pipes that are badly fashioned and installed, on what can only be described as a bad factory pipe job gone worse.
There are three stairway sets made out of mild steel stringers and cast concrete treads, the steel is old and rusted and falling apart, poorly and improperly bolted on the upper ends to badly designed and dry rotted upper platforms. The concrete treads are cracked and falling apart. Death traps.
The back deck is badly designed, flimsy, falling apart, and dry rotted also. Another death trap.
Most of the rooms only have one sink and only cold water taps. Some of the taps do not work at all.
Many of the medicine cabinets in the rooms are falling off the wall.
Sean wastes all of his time ironing pillow cases, and making useless talk with guests, and then leaves the floors of the rooms filthy.
Some of his derelict long term guests leave the room with animal feces on the floor, and in such a mess it proves that Sean never services the rooms and that he allows things to go too far.
Many of these guests such as Matthew Stephen Peck belong in a prison for the criminally insane. Sean allows Matthew Peck to keep coming back to the KI and as Peck is there he threatens to kill other guests, starts calling them and Sean and his family names, etc. A HORROR SHOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You could say much more but this show is over.

And even more strange, clicking on the link takes you to the page for the Inn and a job posting for a cabinet maker. Why would anyone provide information to these people related to them personally, their intentions and efforts to seek employment, etc?
Overall I'd avoid doing business with The Kookaburra Inn in total solely due to privacy concerns, but their problems are far worse than that.
This is untoward.

I find it odd and troubling that Sean Yang and The Kookaburra Inn still have a relationship with this violent felon, Matthew Stephen Peck.
Even more strange is the fact Peck and the Yangs look to be using Facebook accounts under the auspices of attempting to offer people jobs, or to assist them in making job applications.
I am not sure why this would be done.

This explains and confirms what I suspected with Matthew Stephen Peck, as well as some of the other "Guests" at the KI. I see that Peck is facing drug charges for the sale and manufacture of MethAmphetime, the use of date rape drugs, and other crimes prior to arriving at the KI. Sean overall caters largely to a group of felons and this seems to be part of his "Religion" overall.

Here is another example of how the owner Sean botches out on privacy of others by disclosing additional names of people in the party and then discloses their travel plans beyond his location and Australia in general by indicating the guests are going to Japan and New Zealand. This is horrid.

I had to add to this report based on problems I see that continue with the Inn along with their partners in crime at Booking dot Com Revato, and others.
Part of the problem is how Sean Yang and his hotel mis-manage bookings and reservations using sites akin to Booking dot Com along with Little Hotelier and others who end up sharing information with over 350 "Channel Partners" to reserve rooms.
That ends as being an impossible morass where nobody and including especially Sean and the Inn know who booked what where and when, for what days, what room is available when, when it was encumbered as being booked, and if someone was paid for the room in part or total, and who was paid.
Guests show up with pieces of paper saying they booked online at some "Site", Sean has no knowledge of it, they seem to make or invent "Prices", none of which Sean has agreed to, and a guest arrives largely not knowing much at all or if a room is there for them.
In effect 500 college students can book the same room on the same day for one year, pay in advance at some price that is invented, make an agreement that they will be refunded and paid money to stay there, their money will be paid to some guy named "Robert", and all their information has been shared on the internet with other people who you can't account for.
Some other person named "LargeMoneyU" printed a piece of paper with meaningless gibberish that you take and give to Sean as he explains to you and 499 other people standing around that they only have 20 rooms.
Booking dot Com looks to embroil themselves in moving the fraud forward and as Sean admits he does not know these people making the reviews, often, some are legit and I checked that, mostly the negative ones are the only correct ones, and as Sean says most of them are SPAM including his replies that he says he did not make.
Ouch.
Sean gets too personal with people, asks too many questions that are needless and not apropos, and then shares that with other guests and/or expects you to interact with mostly the unsavory shills who pretend to have some reason to really be there, and none of that works.
And much or many of the negative reviews that speak to the bad conditions at the Inn, really are too kind.
Sean in effect always does the same thing as he says that being make lame and specious excuses, diverts attention to his personal service such as I ironed your rug, starched your underwear, and vacuumed the side of your briefcase but did nothing to address the important concerns that are being pointed out.
He says one thing about them, admits them with the notion and reply being "You will see that others do not offer such things or better rooms than we do and our prices are on par with theirs" in effect this is our slum model and we agree to the slum and prices and this is just the way it is.
He defends the dereliction by admitting and proving it, promises to fix it and then lies about that and all else, and says this is how it is done here in OZ.
If you look around, it takes time, you will find clean and better rooms for better or same prices and you won't be treated as Sean mistreats you.
Again problems with broken and cracked concrete stair treads hosted on rusted and failing mild steel stair rails, broken drain pipes spewing water onto them when guests use fixtures.
Kitchens that are a mess, Sean is hyper weird about using the range hood fan in the lower cook area when in fact he was told over and over again for more than one year that the microwave oven door seal is leaking.
You don't require the vent hood when boiling water. And what matters is what is important of course.
He says he needs to replace the oven but does not and instead takes the perfectly good and clean larger unit in the upstairs kitchen out of service and puts in a new lower power $50 unit that should be downstairs.
Why? Part of their penny wise pound foolish el cheapo power saving money grubbing watt miser boil your heart who cares nobody tells Sean what to do creedo.
Showers have rusted and broken fixtures and treatments. Mixer taps leak and have broken handles. Broken off pieces of sharp metal are stuck to chipped and broken tiled walls, likely being robe hooks in the past, etc.
Ants, spiders, and other bugs can wander in and out of any and all points in the bath and shower areas since pipes and electrical enter/exit via primitive holes bashed into the walls.
There is no diligence.
Rusty metal pipe stubs and rusty nails stick up out of walkways and door treads/thresholds, broken stuff and pinched off abandoned water pipes abound. Don't be too tall. Cover feet and ankles with boots at all times.
Nothing ever gets fixed here and Sean just chants the lies ad infinitum as he does.
The Booking dot Com site and this may be Sean's fault, makes these bogus reviews and his standard "Nice 2 C U" replies but in that divulges more information about the alleged "Guest" including their real names.
Lin and/or FluffyPillowMonger has a reply come back with "Dear Lin Smith" and "...thanks for staying FluffyPillowMonger I was glad that you and your wife Candy Ohhh were able to use the toilets that did not work. Sorry to C U get wet while using them from the leaking toilet above you.
I hope you did not inhale too much Hg when Phil Dunn stomped on the light fixture above you, but we can assure you that Chad and his wealthy and influental clients inform us that all things are well in the universe.
These other guests do not belong there, the behaviours are atrocious (also violent) and hostile and directed at others, Sean is part of that problem and they rendezvous with him in order to seek direction in doing just that. I witnessed it all.
Sean is doing this intentionally.
And the fact that the KI is instantiated as a Gulag is supported by the notion Sean maintains it physically as one, and then treats his guests in person and in kind as prisoners in it as he does using his covert shills, assassins, privacy invaders, vanity gaslighters, stalkers, and perverts he places there to run this carnival ride as he does.
Put them out of biz.
And Booking dot Com does not help.
Avoid them also.
