Knuckleheads Garage Carlos Zamora Alex Zamora Charged us $17,000 upfront to fully upgrade our truck — kept our vehicle in their shop for a total of 13 months. Were impossible to get ahold of, they gave us endless excuses as to why the vehicle wasn’t ready (whether it be due to short staffing, Covid, etc.) never showed proof of ordering our specific parts. We finally grew tired of waiting and after over a year of patience and giving them the benefit of the doubt, we rescued our truck. We were missing parts, our engine was torn apart, transmission was a mess. Despite verbal and written agreements to give us our money back, they have yet to do so. They are scammers, liars, and have been sued multiple times. Read any of their reviews and you will see this is not the first incident. I have no idea how they are still in business, but they are as crooked as they come. El Paso TX
