I ordered an 18-piece aluminum BBQ utensil set in an aluminum box on 6/30/21. The product was received one month later in terrible condition. Their address states they are in Florida, the confirmation email I received was from Alabama and the product came from China. The product was dented, ripped, scratched, and looks used. The "aluminum" box was not aluminum, it was a box with silver paper or wrapping around it that is peeling off.

Within 10 minutes of receiving the product, I called the phone number listed on their website (561-717-0477), only to get a recording stating this phone doesn't support customer service and no messages can be left. I then sent an email and didn't receive a response. They finally responded 5-6 days later asking me to send pictures and I did.

They sent an email back stating they never received pictures. I sent pictures 4 or 5 times now. They continue to say they didn't receive them, albeit my email thread shows the pictures. There is no fluid or return communication to my request, just two "canned" emails; Please send us pictures and we'll take care of this immediately, and, We didn't receive any pictures. I've asked multiple times for a physical address to send printed pictures to and haven't received a response. I asked for a return label, no response. 

I tried disputing this with my credit card company and Kitchen Groups responded that I received the product and in good condition. My credit card company insists I have to get a second opinion from a "specialty" kitchen response. I tried Bed, Bath and Beyond, Amazon and Costco and they said I cannot use large companies. I have no specialty shops in my area. The total cost of the product was $269.91. 

I have since discovered Kitchen Groups Twitter account has been restricted, which tells me there is a problem. I wish I would have known to check that first.
