Requested that company close account and enrolled in payment program. They agreed to reset minimums to $0 for march and april 2023 not only did they not they still have open they still keep assessing fees and interest and they reported 30 days late for multiple months thta have not even transpired yet,

They advised they were removing all delinquencies they have not they said they were removing past due and applying interest credits they have not

They originally offered me 3 6 and 12 month plan after i agreed to 6 or 12 they said only 60 and i agreed to just close as they are unscrupulous

Point is agreement was cancelled and no payments missed per same terms and conditions a consumer may cancel any such account at their discretion which was done. Furthermore should any such breach take place either party May use arbitration. Which I did and they ignored. Why go looking through other peoples concerns ? You have that much time in your day? You are not familiar with the circumstance and the payments were always made bottom line account requested in writing and through certified to be closed and it wasn’t so nothing you’re saying is relevant

Who is the one who originally opened the Credit Card under the agreement that they would pay back the amount borrowed under the terms of the card which included the interest rate, minimum payments, and due dates? The only one who is unscrupulous is the one who failed to stick to their original commitment and then tries to blame the credit card company. Lmao no one is blaming the credit card company for anything other than the fact that we entered into a verbal and written agreement much as I did with them and they breached said agreement which has since cost me considerably. Mind you to your first internet troll point I never missed a payment actually and continued to pay. Based upon their handling of account I elected to discontinue my relationship with them as is also a consumers right ROBERT. Who has time in their day to read responses of others and reply on behalf of a company unless they have an affiliation with said company in which case please correct the documented breach otherwise grow up bro Mind you business

By the way, it doesn't matter the credit card you have, until it is paid off it may be "closed" to new purchases but it is not officially "closed" and you are subject to the same terms you had when it was open.  Including Late fees and Interest.
