If only I could give them negative stars for wasting months of my time trying to get a refund just to be denied! Get you into a "Free" training session that is just a sales pitch for their certification. Then they give a super fast overview and link to sign up for the training with options to pay monthly or upfront. The payment goes through super quickly and does not process monthly correctly. The first major issue, then you cannot cancel without completing the entire course and providing screenshots of every single step. It's about 2 weeks' worth of work once you complete all of it, take screenshots, and deal with the tech issues. Their support works terrible hours that do line up with the US. Customer support argues and gives canned answers to your emails after waiting days for a response! They do not charge correctly, customer support is horrible, the materials are outdated and useless and they do not honor their refund policy!!! Also, the information and labs provided can all be found for free on Microsoft's website, this company claims they are providing certification, but this is not true you must take a separate exam that is not free. Skip this and train with Microsoft, earn their free digital badges, and take the exam on your own for under $200 rather than paying these crooks $600 and then $200 on the exam!
