I downloaded and installed Juno 5.49 - their software. Been using their service since 2002.

Now its impossible to use - some malicious popups appear and force me to respond to them.

The popups expect me to download malicious software. It has no Popup blocker to use.

Therefore unable to use the service I paid for. There is nothing to addon to stop this.

The only solution was to have it forward to another email account.

I do not need to pay for something I can not use therefore will discontinue their service.

I tried to explain the problem several times all they do is make up stories about what is happening.

They will not recognize the problem I write about, Instead they write about things that do not exist.

They will not recognize that I did not use a browser to access my email.

I downloaded Juno 5.49 that uses Internet Explorer 6 with no way to update Internet Explorer.

Juno 5.49 uses nothing more than what is there to use. They presume it has a popup blocker.

I sent attachments yet they still continue to think of it in their own strange way.

They call it dissatisfied with their advertisements they fail to see the scarewaere to download.

They fail to recognize this threat of downloading malicious software that forces me away from email.

This is one of their repllies :

Thank you for taking the time to contact Juno email support.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our recent advertisements.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your feelings on this subject.

In deciding what products to advertise on our service, we try to be sensitive

to our members tastes, regarding both the products we advertise and the manner

in which we advertise them. We will certainly consider your  feedback  while

deciding on what products to offer and how to present those products. Our aim

is to make sure that Juno is an environment in which all our members feel

comfortable, and we are grateful for any feedback that will help us reach

this goal. To remove the advertisements using a third party software, we

suggest that you download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and install an

add-on Adblock Plus which will block the ads from the email from loading.

You may download Adblock Plus by going to https://adblockplus.org.

Thanks for your thoughts and for helping us improve our service.
