Julio Figueroa Thief Will Steal From Anyone He Comes Into Contact With FL
Sellers no matter what you do, do not do business with this crook. He will file fraud disputes the second second he buys something from you trying to steal your property. Julio Figueroa will buy things from your online store and then file a fraud credit card dispute claiming he had cancelled the product the second he buys it. He expects you to ship the product the second you charge his card, so that by the time you get the fraud dispute, he wants to be in possession of the stolen merchandise.
He will tell PNC Bank all sorts of lies that he had no documented proof of his lies. He will say he called you the next day to cancel the order, when he doesn't even know your address, will make up all sorts of fake delivery dates, And most of all, even though it clearly states it there are no cancellation his moron reason for ripping you off was that he changed his mind. When his own credit card company finds the dispute in your favor, he wastes no time into contacting his credit card comany again and files yet another fake dispute using the same lies and claims as he did before. Both PNC Bank and Figueroa are two bit thieves that will be sent to jail and PNC Bank will have the Federal Trade Commission to deal with.
