Josh' confirmation he would pay back his liability
I went into an agreement with Josh and 4 other partners in two apartament deals on or about September 10, 2022. Pursuant to said Agreement it was pellucidly stipulated that all parties were held to their assigned responsibilities. All parties specifically agreed that “if [all] agreed to your liability that if this deal goes through, we all split ANY funds paid in the deal an even 5 ways; as well as pay back any member who has overpaid.”
We were all liable (when all was said and done) for about 50k each. Three of us fronted the money for two others. One of which is paying me back as he agreed to the same thing Josh did. Josh blocked me and refuses to make right on his promise. He does not stcik to his word, morals, and cannot be trusted based on his actions.
