Johnny Phillips Law firm They changed the amount of my settlement from $25,00/.00 down to 4000.00. after contacting the defense attorney I was told that the settlement was not the same. He robbed me with a smile on his face. Atlanta GA

Please Be aware of Johnny Phillips Law He is a thief ,Lier and narcarcist amoug other things.
He is clearly unethical and is without any conscience to anyone who has had their funds suddenly decreased ,do not sign any documentation before contacting the court and the other side to confirm the settlement. In may of this year he did a episode on his blog about malpractice. This is clearly his conscience ,he was trying to convince himself of his own defense when he's caught shortly. Don't be fooled by the HOSPITALITY and niceness this is all a game. The fat dude who answers the phone and the other staff members are all down with the scam. They know exactly what is going on. Their usual response is miscommunication. This is why they have a high turn over.
Phillips is well practiced at this behavior this is why he keeps doing this. Once you sign those documents you have no defense. Until the investigation begins.
He is stealing clients money , he has a very nervous tick. When he talks fast and seems to smile and laugh he is very nervous. It's equal to the rush shoplifters get as they walk out the store with the goods. Please contact the courts with your DOCKET NUMBER you can usually look up your case on the internet@ fulton.court.org ,be prepared and very patient these employees are very rude sometimes when you contact them for information , don't get discouraged. You can also review you case on line.
If you see that your case is dismissed with prejudice, that usually means there is unethical practices occuring. I'm sure this is why these employees are so rude because they know it's only a matter of time by before everything comes tumbling down. He usually negotiates cases under the table before trial, but the amount he quotes clients changes because he is stealing your settlement, while low balling clients out of thousands of dollars.
He also pressures clients into changing their reviews ,while promising improved settlement numbers and better communications , you will feel like a fool for doing so because nothing will change. Funny enough , prior to writing this I am watching television and now he has television ads in Atlanta GA. This guy is relentless in expanding his theivery enterprise.
