Was billed for two court orders when they had not sent out a bill . When I rang Feb strata manager Stacey Saunders she refused to return any calls and edited the bills to mislead to extort funds. I reported the issue the the licensee Joel McGrath and he refuses to respond to sort the issue . They are trying to avoid the issue sweep it under the carpet with the hope it will go away .
All those staff will be posted on here as they are all aware of the scam and not one steps up to take responsibility. After looking up Stacey Saunders she has less than 2 years experience . They are extremely dodgy . This problem won't go away until it's resolved .
