JKM Ribbon and Trims Took money for goods they never delivered Berlin New Jersey
THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAM! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! My request has been rather simple, either deliver the goods I ordered or issue me a full refund. I placed my order back in mid-June. I was told it would be a 5-week wait for delivery. I waited for 5 weeks. Then when I wrote to get a status update, I was told I'd have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks. I waited that 2.5 weeks. It’s now well past any estimated delivery deadline and I still have nothing to show for my $120 purchase.
There’s no number to call and customer service stopped responding to emails altogether. My only recourse now is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and local chamber of commerce. I repeat, this outfit is a scam. Shop elsewhere, you’ll be glad you steered clear of these thieves.
