Janet Fratoni Cottesmore Townhomes High Point NC Janet Fratoni HOA Board member and community money waster High Point NC
Janet refuses to leave her position on the Cottesmore HOA and she is only "voted" in becasue no one from townhomes pays attention to what's going on. Janet is constantly looking for ways to waste community money and she also tries to get Master Board money to go to townhome issues becasue she lives in the townhomes and their assoaction is broke. Do not buy into cottesmore townhomes in High Point the association is broke and they will be needed a special assessment soon which will cost homeowners there thousands of dollars. Janet also tires to control the pool, she wants to hire her friend at the coummity expense of almost $60 an hour to monitor the pool. No other association does this. Then she goes to the pool and breaks whatever rule she chooses but when other people break rules she is always looking to take away pool use to members of the community. Thank goodness Cottemore has other volunteers on their master board to stop her but she is still on there costing the community time and money. Since she has been on the Master board the community reserves have dropped by over 30 THOUSAND dollars and it is mostly because of her lying and manipulating things. Again do not buy a townhome in Cottemore off Willard Dairy Rd in High Point becasue Janet will cost you thoands of dollars.
