Treats their employees like legal slaves. Will do everything in their power to put you down. In the work of jampro, they are god, and you are nothing.
Work extremely long hours, super low pay, get called names and be talked down to 24/7. Be careful dealing with the owner. Everyone in town knows he has an issue with his ego and attitude.
