They communicate very well right up until after you pay, then they never send out tracking information.
Was in communication with a store admin called "Michael" he was very supportive about answering all concerns as their website FAQs, very responsive with questions via email. Then made a payment, was supposed to receive tracking information within 24 hours and they have gone completely cold.
Made multiple attempts to ask for tracking information, have had zero contact since payment.
