If your EBT is not working on Instacart maybe it's just not that complicated and either they do not know how to make it work or it's just a scam. By scam I mean just a way to make people buy. I just got offline with customer service and was told how my bill will break down my order and tell me about taxes and bottle fees and that I can clearly see that my EBT card was charged for the food. My debit card got charged for my groceries and not my EBT card. It seems to be just a scam- something they say to charge people monfey they did not intend on spending. Iimagine a fairly good number of people just let it slide and very few people go after the money Instacart has scammed off of them by claiming to take EBT. Pretty nice racket.
