Income Club claims to have artificial intelligence (AI) that predicts stock movement. I requested a refund within the 7 day period and have saved that email. Customer service wrote back asking why I cancelled and I replied and further stated I wanted a refund. After nearly a month I didn't receive the refund and inquired about it. Then they sent me a link to go to Hotmart and request a refund. The link takes you to a page where  there is a form to fill out. BUT the form does not work. It won't allow any input.

So, I went directly to the Hotmart site and used their refund form. I filled in the required information, and it said " The deadline for a refund has expired". Then suggest to contact to the source. A revolving door with no exit.    I now have no recourse to get a refund. They did not provide the Hotmart information needed to access the refund during the 7 day time limit when I originally requested the refund. Thus the clock ran out on the refund. Also, I had no knowledge that a third party (Hotmart) needed to be contacted until I wrote and asked what happened to my refund. I wrote to the Income Club again and now they don't reply. Worse Hotmail has no contact information so there isn't a way to address the problem on their end. Currently  I was charged $37 membership fee, income VIP $9.00, Lifetime - $7.00 = $53. When you join you have to get their app off Google Play Store. There are complaints on the app download page as well. The income Club is a SCAM with no credibility. The alternative now is to report this to my bank. STAY AWAY!!
