Household Retail Services ripoff it was their job to drive people into bankruptcy Carrol Stream Illinois
Receved a loan from "hrs" only need $2000.00 for a new A/c in my house .I was looking at the bill and noted late charges on all the payments. I called talked to a lady she would not give her name and she told me that that it was not their problem, not liking what she said.
I called them back talked to another person and the person would not give their name either. He said it was their job to drive people into bankruptcy and all I would have to do is pay off the account. Knowing the way they play with your credit they would not close the account and mark it paid.
I have had to stop paying on the account so it would go into collection, so I could get payment arrangements.
Try to work with CCC and genus on bill consolidation. Had the money wired in to their account and they still charged late fees. Both compaies said that the feds. need to look at this company. They are playing games with people. (Note) they have used profanity on my wife and me, but I can not prove it. No way to record it.
