Household Retail Services ripoff Carol Stream Illinois
I made a purchase using HRS with a 9% intrest rate with no finace charges. I have made payment on time and always above the min (as much as 500.00 over) I have been out of state on business and was 3 days late and HRS imposed a $29.00 late fee. Talk about customer appreciation!!!!
After much ranting and raving they claim to have waved this charge BUT..... The credit won't show till the next billing cycle. Beware this company gives grace period. I guess the'll get there 17% intrest one way or another.
