She did call and spoke to the rep and he gave her the run around and then after she canceled they still charged her account even though it was 2 weeks out they said it was to close to the charge date and they could not cancel the charge. Now the Homes.com will not even return her calls . This is not a mistake its a business practice. How can you pay to get leads and never get anything and still be expected to pay, They deffinition of insanity ...
