Hello, we are a group of victims of Hiran Mazaira. He is still doing it now in 2023 more than 10 people that we are aware of. We are reporting everything about him in the Code Enforcement division of each county or city he has been scamming people. He is now considered as a Fugitive. We have also reported to the TV Stations in Florida.
