Helzberg Diamonds Sold us FAKE diamonds Lubbock Texas
Helzberg Diamonds and two of its employees ripped us off by selling us fake 1.00 carat diamond earrings. I found out about this fraud when I took them in for inspection and cleaning. At which time they told me that the diamonds were fake - then porceeded to tell me that the earrings had not come from their store. Well they did come from that store - and once they were in my possession I put them on and did not take them off, as they tried to explain. They gave me many scenerios as to how the earrings may have been lost or replaced, 'maybe you took them in to someone else for cleaning' they said. Furthermore, they claimed that there was absolutely nothing I could do - with a smirk on their face that is. Well I don't care how much I have to spend or what I have to do, they will give my the earrings we purchased or my money back!!!
