I engaged this company on three different occasions and had substantial issues with all three of them.

1.  Purchased a set of racing coils.  They arrived in two shipments that were weeks apart, which was a surprise to me and only told to me after I got the first box and half of the items were missing and had to contact him again.  When I received the 2nd shipment it was still missing parts that I ended up outsourcing elsewhere for an additional cost of $150.

2. Some of the parts didn't work well, and I was told I would get replacements, but it took 3 months and only after I had to ask multiple times.

3.   I listed these same coils for sale on FB Marketplace for $500 and Percell offered to buy them because he wanted to use them for "display".  Later he gave me a shipping address of someone else to send them to.  I offered to buy a set of the turbo cooling lines($349) and him just pay me the different.  I did receive the difference. but never got the turbo cooling lines.

9 weeks of asking and consistently getting BS'd (he even tried to send me a fake tracking number for a package that was delivered in a different state!)  I gave up on getting the cooling lines, and I had to send him a demand letter via certified mail for the $$ he owed me.  I got paid after the Facebook incident described below.

Facebook Incident: On 4/29/2022   I had entered into a conversation in Heatsync's Facebook Group with another member who was also having issues with Percell.

Percell, who is an Admin of the group, turned-off commenting on the post, then proceeded to insult me and the other guy, but we couldn't respond.   Percell suspended me and the other guy from the group, and then deleted the entire post so that no one else would find out what was up.

In summary,  Heatsync Performance is not a registered company in Washington State, and there is no business license. There is no Customer Service other than Percell Lee.  All payments are run through a Paypal account only under another name who appears to be a business partner or employee named Sulena Kumert-sena, Heatsync Merchandise is marketed on it's own website only (no eBay or Amazon) with email/phone contact info provided for customers to inquire.

My experience dealing with Percell was that he was not proactive to customer purchases, shipment info, timeframes, or status.  There were significant delays and I had to ask for updates repeatedly,  He was unapologetic, and demonstrably dishonest with me on multiple occasions, then he personally attacked me on Facebook as a paying customer..

I have detailed logs and records of my interactions with Percell as evidentiary proof of the above statements which are true and correct to the best of my belief.

...and in an incredible stroke of luck I found another source for the cooling lines I needed this week via Instagram.  purchased on Tues.; shipped and tracking # provided on Wed.;  Arrived today Friday. 

No getting jerked around like Percell Lee did to me.
