Recieved add email from company, went to their website. Read over their add material. On page three it stated to things in bold print, "45 day money-back guarantee!", "you can send them back worry-free for a full refund!"
I received them, tried them, could not fit them in my ear comfortably. Requested return authorization form, would not send me one on first try, wanted me to upgrade to another hearing aid. Decided I did not want to do that, requested authorization form. Answer came back, in small print in terms and conditions it stated "cannot return due to changing mind".
