The Harvest Lofts Spectrum Properties Inc. They consistently sexually harassed by their staff member and when I moved I was retaliated upon Dallas Texas
I wouldn't recommend moving in here if you're African American and a female especially. I was sexually harassed and violated in the Harvest Lofts by one of their top staff member in the premises. My apartment had several unlawful entries.
I would come in from work and my door was wide opened on several occasions putting my 8 month old puppy at risk to be stolen. My car was broken into. Homeless Patreond gain access to the building throughout the day and night.
My trash service that I paid for every month was not provided consistently. I had gun shots in close proximity of my apartment window. I refused to renew the lease and they scammed me in hundreds of dollars in fees after keeping my deposit.
Keep in mind that I had already spent over $700 in cleaning company. I provided them with receipts and they did not respect me enough to be logical. If I can warm one person from going through the hell I went through, this post will be worth my time.
Other previous residents had similar experiences at Yelp reviews. You would need to go to the least rated section to see the reviews that I too missed when I was moving there.
