Never ever trust Happy Auto Transport Corp.
They damaged my new car during transport. The truck driver missed the ramp unloading the vehicle and the right rear quarter panel, tire and rim and various suspension components were heavily damaged. When my friend refused to pay the transport fee due upon delivery, this company elected to ram the vehicle back up the ramp putting far more damage on the car then necessary. He refused to pay because the truck driver refused to provide any documentation showing they were liable for the damage! Can you believe that. They proceeded to hide the car for 4 weeks. They blocked our calls. The police said it was a "civil matter". We reported this to our insurance company so they would go after the trucking company for stealing our car.
We were charged outrageous storage fees, the full transport fee, we received no compensation to date and it has been over 3 months since we received the car back with all the damage to it.
HAPPY AUTO TRANSPORT CORP SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR THE WAY THE CONDUCTED BUSINESS WITH US.
