I was over charged, without my subscription being re-activated.
Dear Staff:
I have been a subscriber to Enigma TV for several years and have always been able to update my subscription, however this year there has been a major problem. & nbsp;Going back as far as April 2 2023, I updated my information with a $30 payment, standard fee which was to be applied to my subscription renewal. & nbsp; teh trouble was is was not and I kept getting messages saying my subscription would run out on 29 April.
The & nbsp;next thing I did was to submit my information again in which another $30 payment was taken but my access to the site was terminated at he end of April. I thought this was just a simple misunderstanding but I found myself & #39;locked out & #39; with NO ACCESS! & nbsp; When I logged on to my account, it simply said & #39;no current subsciptions & #39; for me. & nbsp; I contacted them and reminded them I had updated my payment information and I re-submitted it again. & nbsp; Nothing changed so in May I tried again and anotehr $30 payment was taken and I was given an invoice stating that I was paid up until April 2024. Still, I cannot access the site so I write Gumroad who says I need to & nbsp;ocontact the webmaster and gave me the link to the site. & nbsp; I sent several & nbsp;messages announing I was going to report this and got absolutely no reply. & nbsp; taht & #39;s whe I decided to file this report.
What I need is accessibility to the site for & nbsp; & nbsp;EnigmaTV & nbsp;and a refund of $60 for the two additional payments made to Gumroad (listing i was paid up to April 2026!), however I would rather pay as I go, in case something like this happens. & nbsp; I feel they know how to reach me and I didn & #39;t want to report them but this is a special matter and with it being 21 June, I have been patient long enough.

Gumroad & Lackadaisical Treatment of subscribers:
Enigma TV has restored my access until April 2024. Gumroad still has the matter of refunding me $60.00 for listing me as a two-year subscriber until April 2026, and I want that money back. My choice is to pay each and every year with a subscription renewal.
The report will remain until this restitution is made.
