Greencare Designs, LLC John Reese, Managing Partner Daniel Esparza. Project Manager Quoted outdoor kitchen, pool and spa project. Continued and on-going failure to complete and respond to customer's repeated requests. Las Vegas Nevada
Received proposal and quote from company - Daniel Esparza. Thing began well but the contract was front loaded and I was required to pay upfront cash deposits not specifically related to the work to be completed.
Once the job started - hole was dug for the pool, the company abandonded the project for 6 weeks. After numerous attempts work eventually resumed. However, the work consistently started and stopped and the company always had excused why the work was taking so long.
In the end, the project should have only taken 8 months to complete at best. Today the project is still not fully completed and it has been longer that 26+ months (2+ years). I had to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board and file a complaint with the Nevada Justice Court -Small Claims division; I am still waiting for final resolution.
Further, later on I found an article from New Channel 13 - 13 On Your Side which discovered that the company - Greencare Designs, was using fake online (Yelp) reviews to market to customers. I actually found Greencare online and relied on their excellent reviews to contact them.
BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are absolutely horrible!!!
