Google My Business offers an ad credit for signing up with Google Ads, but does not deliver such a credit.
When inquiring with the Google Ads support team, they direct users to the Google My Business support team. The Google My Business support team directs inquiries back to the Google Ads support team.
Neither support team will resolve the issue.
Don't expect Google to live up to the promises made in their ads. Their organization structure is too bulky to function properly, and Google is too big to care about delivering on their promises.
