WARNING: Posting to confirm that I am a victim that has first hand knowledge of being ripped off by Elyon Declan who also goes by Lorne VanWilliams. He suppposedly resides in Naples, Florida. He apparently changed his name in California from Lorne VanWilliams to Elyon Declan because it stands for him being self-exalted by definition of exalting himself. Seems pretty egotistical matching my experince with him. We simply engaged Declan to provide us funding for our business project. He told us he would bring us 2 to 3 tenable offers within sixty day or our money would be refunded back to us. In fact, he literallyt told us he already had people on standby in queue that expressed interest in funding our business project. We had no offers (zero) in sixty days and could barely reach him for a phone call once we paid him the refundable fee. He was gone. Classic conman. Had to chase him, and chase him, and chase him for a reponse. Our whole experience with this conman went downhill the minute he received our refundable fee. Then he refused to return it back to us once we simply and professionally requested its return. In fact he went rogue and demonstrated a very unnecessary unprofessional behavior whereby he was hateful and threatening. Unfortunately there are confirmed multiple victims that have been slowly coming together because he cannot hide the light of the truth of who he really is, his true mischievous character. The dollar amount of stolen money has crossed into the hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars and is possibly heading into the millions of dollars stolen by Elyon Declan based on the updates I recently received. So please be wise and avoid giving this scammer conman any of your hard earned money. He has personally demonstrated to me and others that he leads a life and legacy of dishonor and does not have the legitimate resources for successfully providing anyone with business project funding. Hopefully local authorities have taken an interest in pursuing him and seeing that justice is served for the good people he stole money from over the years.

We have been processing more information over the past 240 hours that is now further confirming that Elyon Declan (Lorne Jon Charles Van Williams) is on the move and sounds like he may be using victims money (millions of dollars) to make a new purchase of a home after renting a home in Naples and living in an AirBnB. Also keeping an eye on activity up in Oklahoma City, OK.
Unfortunately, it looks like he has crossed into the multi-millions of dollars of stolen money from clients based on this latest intel that will take a few more weeks to screen. And he has likely set everything up in trusts (remember Legacy Safe Group business) where he can likely tuck away client money to try and make himself bullet proof for when agitated clients find out the TRUTH that he is a dirtbag conman and begin recovery efforts against him, he can possibly attempt to keep it from them and purchase assets and live a luxurious lifestyle for his own selfish self-exalted gain, which is anti-Christlike. Can you say Alphabet Boys? Wow, Faith K. Jones really got herself a winner here! Wonder if he ever came clean with her about his relationship with her girl-friend, who is now a victim of Elyon Declan. Just so super-sad when the TRUTH you thought you buried unexpectedly has to resurface because of the dark sinful path of life you lead is exposed by THE LIGHT.

Hello? Hello? Anybody home upstairs??? This is as obvious as the rising of the sun! Its an ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM! Why didn't YOU see that? How many times in your life has a LEGITIMATE LENDER required some type of up front fee for a loan??? Do yourself a huge favor. Get a keeper.
