I paid $4.95 shipping for a sample. I specifically read that I would not be changed anything else. Since I read that, I ordered it. Two weeks later, I was charged $94.99. When I called the guy told me it was a subscription service and since I had not called within 14 days, I was charged the $94.99. I did not read that information anywhere. He refused to refund me or let me talk to a supervisor. I feel ripped off.

I reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau of Denver, CO requesting a refund because I was not satisfied with the products. I was given the time to try them but I did not see any results. At first., Gia Bennet ignored the attempts at contact and I thought it was hopeless.
But they did finally send the BBB a letter with an apology to and notification that the mpney would be refunded back to my credit card. After making sure the money was returned, I accepted the outcome of the investigation and it is closed.
