There is no difference in representation between my outcome with this attorney vs a public defender. Only difference, is that it cost 2000.00 vs a public defender for free.
Make sure to ask exactly what he will be doing to limit or reduce your charges.
He will tell you that he will obtain a certain outcome.. Which really is deceptive because especially with a DUI sentencing it is based on the BAC. His practices are entirely unethical.
He personally has an extensive history of drug and alcohol addiction and has been suspended from the California State bar multiple times.
