GEICO Exposes Plaintiff'sTo COVID-19?

During this global pandemic and worldwide crisis, GEICO Auto Insurance is still surveilling plaintiff's with MVA lawsuits against them. It is unconscionable that GEICO would continue to deploy surveillors potentially exposing the plaintiffs and many others to COVID-19, a deadly and incurable disease. Is GEICO so greedy they would risk lives in an effort to win a lawsuit? Why is it that, during a global pandemic, where thousands have died, GEICO's focus it to surveil those with lawsuits against them? Thanks for letting us know who you really are GEICO, Todd Combs & Warren Buffett. Claiming to be for our great military people but risking the lives of all Americans by continuing to surveil. Unforgivable.

My state and neigboring states are under “Shelter in Place” orders and still GEICO is running surveillance operations on me and hundreds of others. Clearly, this practice is 'non-essential' and possibly unlawful under these orders. Why hasn't GEICO ceased surveillance when this pandemic has been going on for weeks now? Is your petty vendetta against me that important that you would risk my life to win? Is that the plan? Spread COVID-19 in the hopes some of your plaintiff's die from it? Is GEICO so worried about the liability on a dinky insurance claim they are willing to risk liability on spreading a deadly disease like COVID-19? What is Geico doing to help in this time of crisis? What are you doing to help the American people? What are you doing to help humanity? Answer: NOTHING.

Why isn't GEICO following CDC guidelines and the recommendations of Dr. Fauci? Is Geico as deplorable as 3M? Putting profits above people? Please, do some good GEICO. Or are you capable?

To all GEICO policy holders: Drop these abhorrent bloodsuckers now.

To all those with lawsuits against GEICO: Request all surveillance data. Make a formal complaint with your states Attorney General, Insurance Commissioner and Department of Health. File a complaint with USAG Bill Barr. Call and email all Media outlets in all regions and nationally.

While the rest of the world is focused on the health and lives of their loved ones, GEICO is focused on their bottom line. GEICO's actions are not only self-serving and vindictive, they are potentially DEADLY.

Must be rather boaring

If GEICO is having you watched, they obviously have doubts about your claims. However, with all of these "Shelter In Place" orders it must be rather boaring for them as all they are likely seeing you do is go to the work if you are in an essential industry and the store for food and necessities. That shouldn't be a problem...well unless your claims are that you are injured so bad you can't do those things.

As for the rest...it is great to laugh in times like this and your claims that somehow they are violating the law is quite humerous. I am sure when you end up in court the judge will love to know exactly how a person or two(and yes if they are watching you it is not an entire army of people) subjected you to the the Corona Virus hoping that you will die so that they don't have to pay off the claim.

As for them worrying about profits. They are protecting their profits against FRAUD, as if they were restricted from doing these investigations it would be a perfect time for people to take advantage of it and make up fake claims costing them, and eventually their customers more money. Oh, and this is the same for EVERY insurance company.

If you have nothing to fear from surveillance, then this should not be a problem.  The only people who would be in fear of surveillance are those who have something to hide.  If you're posting a report here, then you're hiding something.  It's that simple.
