I was referred to this service by another location.  They told me they would be earlier than the window, they were later than the end of it.  Their own technician told me fixing this issue is pointless and it is better to use a wireless mouse.  He diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes and did not have any parts with him to fix the issue... He left to get them.  Came back hours later with NO Parts and couldn't fix the issue.  Then offered to open my computer before telling me there is no insurance if he breaks it without doing a part install until I questioned him (he was already unscrewing my case) and he stopped and put it back.  

He told me he would get a wireless mouse for me (at their additional time fee) and these literally are available for $9.99.... I refused and he would not leave without signed paperwork.  He would not exit my residence and I almost called the police because I did not feel safe.  I had no choice but to sign to get him out.

This paper says they will be paid their fee of $149.  Nothing was fixed.  Now I have to use an external mouse.  Totally unprofessional and put me in fear of what would happen.  You have a manager calling to harrass you during this entire time and adding to the stress and strongarm tactics this bait and switch useless service resorts to.

Mrs Mans , we’re very sorry to hear your not happy. First and foremost let me say, those "constant harassing calls from management while tech was onsite" is the companies way of making sure the tech is doing all he can do to resolve the issues at hand for you. Now here are the facts,.. We arrived ASAP in less then 2 hours because you told us it had to be done right away.

After opening and examining laptop we determined you would need a new part to make it work again. You desperately told us you needed that part right away because you’r laptop had to be working by the next day . We went out of our way , driving around trying to find and obtain this part for you but unfortunately this part was no where to be bought or found .

We then drove back to your place after over an hour of us driving around looking for this part for you , with no luck , and we then told you we could have said part shipped to you in less then 2 business days ; you became upset and kicked us out . What exactly are you upset about ? Are you upset that we charged you the one hour minimum we told you we would charge when you called us asking us to drive out to you ASAP?

You knew we were not coming out for free , so your assessment of our service is not fair nor realistic . No company no matter how good the tech could have lived up to your needing that laptop working "right now , right away, can’t wait two days for a part , it has to be fixed right now , today"
