Garrick Bailey is a convicted felon facing a felony conviction for distrbuting crack cocaine. If convected he will have 2 felonies within a 10 year period. Sentencing guildlines call for more than 10 years in Federal Prison. Oddly Baily was released pending trial. This is highly unusual under the circumstances. Is he a un-named cooperating witness? I lived down the street from Garrick when he lived in Schenectady. He's a small time, dumb street corner thug. I would't be surprised if he was ratting. He deserves all of 10 years.
