Friendship Creek McKee Builders Blackmail Me Frankford Delaware
I put down $42000 in April of this year to buy a townhome. Because the interest rates have gone so high, I can no longer afford the property. I am retired and the money I have to buy a home is the only money I have been able to save during my lifetime. They have told me if I do not move forward with the purchase of the home, they will keep my $42000. If I purchase this home, I am certain it will be in foreclosure in a few years. They do not care about my situation and refuse to work with me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
