Hello again to the anonymous poster. We would like to again rebut your false and harmful claims. In truth we hope that you do not understand the gravity of your actions, and how much effect it can have on a business, because if you did, we’d like to believe you wouldn’t be doing what you’re doing. In truth, your actions are harmful, derogatory and include character defamation, which are all very serious. You are out to hurt our family and how we provide for them, our reputation and the company we have spent the last 15 years building with hard work and integrity. Your false words (on this site that doesn’t require proof or integrity) have the power to unfairly ruin a reputation. 

Speaking of reputation....the majority of our business comes from referrals. From previous and current clients whom have found value, honesty, quality, and a lot of times instant equity in their new homes. Those are facts we can 100% back up. We definitely aren’t perfect but we aim to please. In all honesty, (and since you claim your kids also go to the same private school) you can alone find several satisfied clients whose kids attend the very same private school as yours.  If you think we will sit back and watch you try and hurt us and our company, you are sorely mistaken. You should also know that since you first posted, we have contacted a forensic attorney and have a breadcrumb trail back to who you really are. Since you claim you do not want to interact in person again but simply hide behind a website I guess we will interact online for now. I’m sure you will respond and feel free to, you are only hurting yourself.

We will not stoop to your level of defaming a character (your posts speak volumes of the kind of person you really are). We will say that we did not respond to our lifestyle in the first rebuttal simply because it’s irrelevant. It’s obvious you do not know us personally but only judge. If you truly knew our Instagram account and what we stand for and represent, we would think you’d feel badly for what you wrote. Our account is a design inspiration account, we build and design homes for a living. If you were a home builder, would you not want to put your best foot forward with your own home? We meet with many of our clients at our own home and like it to show our best quality and talent. It’s part of our portfolio. If you were an Audi car dealer would you not drive one yourself? Wouldn’t you have high expectations when visiting a home of an interior designer and expect their finest talent to show in their own home? 

On our account, we respond to just about every question that comes our way whether it is a reply or a dm to people seeking design advice for free.  For free!  If you truly knew our account you would know the positivity and goodness of it. Please stop being so concerned with the way we live our life and focus on your own. In fact, please block our account so you do not have to see the pictures of our work that we post. It would greatly benefit us both.  Besides…no one is forcing you to look at our account.  So please stop.

As to your claims about our company kickbacks, you are sorely mistaken.  Please provide proof.  You won’t be able to because we don’t take kick backs.  Please provide proof of what you have said, or better yet contact or come to us with your real identity (you obviously know where we live and our children attend a private school together like you claim) because your words are simply not true. We are prepared in every way to prove your claims wrong and will go to lengths to defend the company that we have built and we will not back down to cyber bullying.

Also in our defense, beside our room giveaways which we post for branding so that we can provide free furniture to people in need, we do our charity work in secret that we never post anywhere. But in the end, our personal spendings or anyone else’s spendings from their honest, hard, ethical work shouldn’t be judged by anybody including you. Only God can truly judge each one of us and when it comes to our personal standing with God, what He thinks of each of us individually is all that matters.  In conclusion, we are more than willing to clear up your misunderstandings, if you will provide proof of your claims and contact us with your real identity so we can resolve your issues.

I am a real person, having had real interaction with you, filing a real complaint. I know that you drive a white Tesla & our kids attend Carden Memorial School with yours as well. Forgive me for not wanting to approach you directly, but i didnt enjoy our last interaction so I'm not interested in another one. I just dont want you to think or others to think that  this complaint is not filed by a real person. It's interesting that you make no rebuttal in regards to your lavish self centered lifestyle. Then again there wouldn't be much you could refute in regards to that.

Telling a client you charge cost plus 15% and actually doing it are a different story. The other 15% is hidden in kickbacks and incentives from manufacturers paid directly to the fox group. I know this becuase I was told from the owner of a stone company that you and the fox group receive rebates & cash incentoves for bringing business to them. Do your clients know about your extra sources of revenue?

Take a look in the mirror, (pick any one of them in your $5 million house) and ask yourself is it worth darkening your soul to live in such excess & abundance? Are you obsessed with posting the perfect picture or purchaseing your next material item? It's time you see what others see when they view pictures online & drive by your home on cottonwood lane. It's an obsession to accumalate things and be of the world.

First off, we would like to state that several hours after the above claim went live, we received an email from someone offering to "help” us get this post removed for a large amount of money. For this and other reasons stated below, we do not believe the person who wrote the report is even from Utah and have no reason to believe he ever has or is now considering hiring us to build or design a home for him, which has us wondering if this is a scam. In any case, this is our response... Thank you for sharing the above claim/report. We are very concerned and perplexed by your claims and would love to clarify your concerns so we can work out a resolution.  Our team just went through all of our bid records and communications with inquiring clients and have not found any numbers that match (or even come close to matching) the numbers in your post, both before and after accounting for the builder fee. Therefore, we feel the claims against us is made up - either by a scammer or a competitor hoping to smear our good reputation. Just to be clear, we are very open and transparent with our clients. When building a house we charge cost plus 15% (and sometimes less depending on the project).  Our transparency is what our clients appreciate about us and the product we deliver speaks for itself.  In fact, many of our clients realize instant equity in their homes when we complete our work. Bottom line, our clients are family and thus become our greatest referral source.   We have had the same contact number for the past 14 years and would appreciate if the above filer would contact us. We would very much love to make this right if these claims are legitimate. We value greatly what our clients think about us - in fact we have more than several repeat clients that we build and design for which testifies to the integrity of our company. Because we feel that the report filed against us is false, perhaps from a competitor, or someone trying to extort money from us, we are asking the author to please provide proof of the alleged bid as well as information as to who you are so we can review our communications with you.  You may email them to [email protected].
