First Acceptance Insurance Company Notification of Cancellation of Insurance Nashville TN
This company is a joke. They don't notify you of the amount of payment and when it's due. Instead they send out a Cancellation Notice after the due date. Unless you sign up for notifications you don't get one until after the due date stating your insurance cancelled on example 3/16/2024. received notice 3/22/2024.
also they had sent back payments to my brother for no unknown reason.
now they want 2 months payments and $15 reinstatement fee.
and you sign a statement that you have not had any accidents during the cancellation period.
They are Crooks. Other insurance companies send out notices for a reminder of a payment is due on so and so date and the amount.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE INSURANCE.

ANY ADULT knows when their bills are due. They don't depend on late notices. GROW UP. LEARN TO MANAGE YOUR FINANCES. NO RIPOFF HERE.
