I digress. You put a lien on a property because you're abusing your limited powers as a contractor. And, based on the posts about you, I know you won't succeed.

So I'll repeat myself. If your business is doing so porrly that you need to attempt (Attempt and most likely will never succeed) to lien someons's property, and coupled with the facts that you and Jon Finmark are child predators, then you have a whole, whole lot more to worry about than canoodling with Irrv, your Lady Boy, here on a public forum and spreading your hatred and lies.

See, I know this because 1) My wife clerked at a corportate law firm for years and I've learned, by default, all about low-life scammers like you who try to bully property owners but then get your a*s handed to you down the line 2) You don;t stand a chance because you lack legal counsel. If you had half a decent, well-paid attorney representing you, said attorney would never allow you to come to these very public forums and further incriminate yourself and participate in these entirely public forums, where the world now knows you as some old scum bad Chester The Molester, kiddie diddling, filthy old Loser. Thus, this leads me to the only educated guess that you have no legal representation. And if the property owner does have an attorney, then you'll be losing money--much more money, that is-than making any money with your invalid lien schemes.

Think about it like this, Randy old guy, in the several days that these posts have been up, several potential customers have already looked up your business, seen these posts, and have elected not to give your business. That's what? Maybe, at least 4,000.00 dollars or so? So just for having been an A-Hole with a lien, you've lost about 4,000.00 dollars and still counting. And you'll continue to lose much more potential customers, which all equates to cash lost, far into the future. Now anyone with an attorney would have been told all of these things. But you, not you. You're an old trick with the brains of a beaten up Pinto on its last last leg. You're determined to use your power to lien for what I'm guessing was few bucks for work that you have no evidence of having performed and now you're just bleeding more cash as we speak, in lost would-be contracts.

Oh man! I was right. And you know what, old Chester Randy Finmark? I'm enjoying this. I'm retired, have plenty of money plus extras, live comfortably, and have all the time and no loss for being here and shoving in your face--A lot like you've been doing to those little kids all these years. lol! But I'm shoving it your face figueratively and I'm loving every second of it. And my wife is laughing, too, because she's seen scammers like you lose money in legal fees for years.

 Hey Kirk, lien was put on property because they scammed us as being the owners but are renters and refused to pay the balance! Is there something wrong with that? Their Yelp review is all lies. You think they should get free carpeting than I guess we are wrong!

Dude, you sound like a real psycho. This makes me believe everything posted about you. If you weren't guilty of the accusations, you wouldn't have reacted like the crazy a*s that you must be. You just proved yourself to be every bit the violent, tempermental wife-beating, baby diddling, money-pocketing lunatic they say you are. Well, everyone. Here you have it-The facts that we had reported yesterday have been verified by the very individual himself whom, with his brother, has been stealing from customers, committing financial fraud, scams, schemes, and, even more disturbingly, Preying Upon Helpless Little Boys For Years (And Finally Been Exposed).

Do you see his rageful, out-of-control, terribly rude, uncontained response? This is the response of a "man" (If you can call him a "man") who has absolutely no shred of professionalism, no self-control, has uncontrollable rage issues, has narcissistic  histrionic personality disorder (For example, Randy Finmark is doing something called Mirroring-This is a method common to malignant narcissists in which they use insults against people when those insults are really just how they feel about themselves), has never taken & will never take any accountability, and a slew of other very publicly obvious problems. He has committed hypocricy (He accuses the original of "slander", however proceeds to committ slander himself. More concerning, however, is the fact that he has also threatened violence, right here publicly (Which means, that if anything ever happens to the family he is referring to --most likely another one of his and his brother's many victims, which he has incorrectly ASSumed posted the original article), then we all know that Randy Finmark is the perpetrator. More importantly, the threats alone now evidence that indeed, the Finmark family is guilty of everything in the original article (You can clearly see the evidence from his explosive response).

It is very unfortunate that, in this world, so many perpetrators get away with theft, financial fraud, scames, schemes, cheating and child trafficking and personally preying upon and ruining children for so very long (In this case, for many years) before they are finally exposed.

I am so sorry and sad for all of the children who have suffered at the hands of these two horrible individuals, Randy Finmark and Jon Finmark for so many years and will continue to feel and live through those issues for the duration of their lives. I sincerely hope for at least some little peace and healing for the victims of these out-of-control criminals.

And for any potential customers, please be highly aware and do not, in any capacity, do any business with Finmark Carpet One Floor And Home aka Finmark Flooring aka Randy Finmark aka Jon Finmark.

 What a scumbag scamming family you are. Financial fraud? Show it! We have an A+ rating! Child predators you pieces of s***! I wish we could meet!! We put carpet into a house where the woman (maybe your sister) pretended to be the owner and tried not to give us a deposit but when we told her that’s policy she begrudgingly gave us a lousy $140. We should have known then. When they wouldn’t pay the balance and put up the first false review on Yelp we liened the property then the real owner called us. Our lawyer is on this, you and them will answer in court and I hope you lose everything. What horrible losers you people are.
