The company continues to overcharge and under deliver. Pun intended. I pay a great deal of money for an overnight delivery and the package arrives 3 days later. When you contact customer service all you get are empty apologies and platitudes. I don’t want an empty apology, I want the service I paid for or a refund. That never happens. All they say is, it was out of our control. This time, like so many others, it was not. Simply poor management and a complete lack of regard for the customer. Their delay costs me a great deal of money and I seem to have zero recourse. It’s not right.
