One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a merchant. Constant dishonest communications, constant delays in the process, no item ever made or mailed, refund approved in messages and then never issued. The hat was to be made in 6 weeks. By week 8 the mold for the hat was not even made. When I asked for a refund the seller asked me for the disposable head measuring kit to be mailed back to them and questioned me if I even possessed the money to return it. All of this came after multiple emails bragging about how well the store takes care of customers. Lastly, the owner mentioned the hiring of an all female only staff and calling it a "lady gang" which I am investigating may be an illegal and discriminatory business practice. Need I say more! Avoid at all costs!
