They love money and death. Everything about this business is narcissistic and fake. The owner projects her insecurities on people because of her imaginary fears. Don't recommend.

Chelsy Proehl continually harasses us by sending a fictitious eviction notice and verbal threats through text messages as well as by claiming we have to be out of the house by April 30. This happened on March 25, 2022 through certified mail requiring a signature, which I refused by not opening the door on March 28, 2022 at 9:19 a.m.
She is retaliating because she does not want to keep the house up to code while discriminating because I am disabled with my left leg and our religious beliefs. Also, we are on a month to month lease because she refused to make a new one for 2021-2022, and our rent is current. When confronted about any of her actions, she does not respond, which includes the Rental Protection Agency. I have all the documents through text message, emails, eyewitnesses, HUD complaints,USPS, etc.
Our eyewitnesses are Thomas Coker, Jr., Roofmasters of Hays, KS and Kevin Waltars at 7856392300 (does plumbing). My husband, Jared, and I don't want to move, but we also want her to make all the repairs and give us the house because she clearly doesn't want it. She has tried to sell it twice and failed.
The whole purpose for it is to boost her ego while retaliating and discriminating against us. We want the abuse and neglect to stop. In fact, we would like all of our rent back, so we can take care of the house, and to have no contact with Chelsy Proehl. This includes a permanent restraining order against her too.
