These guys have stolen every feature of our product as well as our packaging. If I could upload photos I would.
We have been advised by our legal council to post on the Rip Off Report in addition we are issuing a cease and desist letter and preparing our lawsuit for damages. Our legal representation has informed us that they have never seen a more blatant instance of patent infringement.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ILLEGAL COMPANY.

You got what is known as a design patent. The only thing this type of patent protects is the ornamental design. Any aspect of your product that is functional is not protected. It does look like they copied your design, but it will take more than it is worth to litigate it, since a court would have to decide what is functional and what is ornamental. Maybe you could get the ITC to ban the importation of the knockoff. Good luck.
