We received letters yesterday 04/27/2021. The credit scores Myself 631 and my wife's 604 basically poor credit. The problem with this is our auto loan payments is current and up to date 63/84 payments-Good payment history. Our Rental History is good and payments up to date and current no forebearence taken 14 payments made. Credit cards all paid and up todate.
The letter contained a EEOC Notice. I do not believe the Federal Government is doing enough to protect against civil violations as I have talked to the Consumer Reporting Burea for 30 minutes.
